Chicks
All the children were delighted to see the little chicks hatching after the incubation period.
World Book Day
Children from different classes came together to share books and stories. It was lovely to see the patience and guidance that the older classes gave to the younger children.
Seachtain na Gaeilge
Bhí an spraoi ag na páistíle le haghaidh Seachtain na Gaeilge. Bhí Gaeilge á labhairt acu sna seomraí ranga agus sa chlós. Ag deireadh na Seachtaine bhí Lá Glas agus céilí againn sa chlós.
Sport
Our sporting students had very enjoyable experiences at the Coss Country event and the Camógie blitz.
Easter
As we prepared to celebrate Easter in many of our homes some of the classes enjoyed some Easter egg hunts in our school yard, field and gardens.
Educational Trips
This year some of our classes are embarking on Educational day trips. This month the first classes had the opportunity to visit the An Post sorting centre in Portlaoise. They learned all about the processes involved in sorting the letters and parcels in order to deliver them efficiently.
