Summer

With the arrival of May comes the beginning of School Tours, sports days, ice creams (courtesy of the PA), preparation for Bloom in the Park, music workshops, author visits, chalk drawings, visits to Kildangan stud, fire safety talks, ‘camping’ in the field and all the while we continue with our curricular work. Below is a small selection of the work done and fun had over the past month or so. Have a look at our blog post on the Cloak and the Oak for the updated photos and videos.

Some classes have enjoyed their school tour this month. Classes have visited Lullymore, Kildangan stud, Navan Adventure Centre and Carragh Farm.

Our first classes and fifth classes had a lovely morning where they invited their grandparents or special family members in to share their learning and memories with each other.

And our sports teams showed great commitment on the pitch this month also.
